HIRE FOR CHARACTER

“Greatness is not found in possessions, power, position or prestige. It’s discovered in goodness, humility, service and character.” ~ William Arthur Ward

At the Bowling Green Police Department, CHARACTER is defined by Service, Integrity, and Respect. These traits must be ingrained in the individuals seeking to join the organization because they cannot be taught.
